Pinduoduo launches “10 billion subsidy festival”

Group-buying platform Pinduoduo announced today that it will launch a “10 billion subsidy festival” 百亿补贴节. Considerable discounts will be available to consumers, for example, the price of an iPhone 11 will be slashed to 4000 RMB.

The campaign will last between August 6 to 8 and is part of Pinduoduo’s commitment to meeting consumers’ needs for high-quality products and services. Big-name brands, such as Starbucks, Adidas, Yanjing Beer, Huawei and Dyson, will participate in the campaign.
