On 28 June, Forbes China officially released its first-ever “2021 Forbes China Best Employers” list. The data was compiled through public registration and surveys and ranked companies based on sustainable development capabilities and human resource management innovation.
Included in the list of best employers are biopharmaceutical company BeiGene, Gen-Z favourite video platform Bilibili, property developer KWG Group Holdings, Bloomage Biotech, e-commerce platform JD.com, and energy company LONGI. Of the 100 companies listed, 24% are from the industrial manufacturing industry; 32% are from Beijing; and 19% are located in the new first-tier cities.
Meanwhile, BYD, JD.com, Ctrip, Perfect Diary, Bank of China and ByteDance all made it on the “Most Popular Employers for Graduates” list.
