China’s post 90s (those born after 1990, aka millennials) and 95s are the main users on platforms for mother and baby care products. According to a report by iResearch into “China’s Internet Trends for Mother and Baby Products in 2020”, this age group accounts for 65% of total users.
In quarter 1 of 2020, the online market for mother and baby care products expanded to 646 million monthly active users and the market is expected to reach 3200 billion RMB by the end of 2020.
