The footballer Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro opened an account on popular short-form video platform Kuaishou today (November 17). Widely regarded as one of the best players of all time, Ronaldo is one of the most popular football players in China with over 7.2 million followers on Weibo.
The star signed an exclusive partnership with Kuaishou to provide short-form videos to his Chinese fans. He is one of several high-profile footballers to have a presence on the platform and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Han Qiaosheng and Huang Jianxiang have also joined Kuaishou.
