After rolling out an e-bike, KFC is now tapping into gaming culture. This time, it’s partnering with Republic of Gamers (ROG) to release a limited set of six collectible keycaps made for mechanical keyboard fans.

The set features KFC’s signature red-and-white color scheme and includes keycaps for the letters K, F, and C; a CAPS key with the phrase “锁定|和牛” (“Lock|Wagyu”); an ESC key with the classic KFC bucket; and a decorative key featuring the ROG logo. The collab turns fast-food branding into gaming hardware—blending both identities into something collectible, and perfectly in tune with gamers’ love for personalized gear.
The KFC x ROG “Burger of Faith” meal is now available nationwide for 42.9 RMB (about 5.90 USD), and includes the full set of keycaps. The co-branded burger comes topped with a custom ROG bun stamped with the signature Cyber Eye logo.

Keycaps are one of the most visible parts of a mechanical keyboard, making them ideal for display. Gamers naturally promote what they use—and with KFC branding in plain sight during gameplay, the partnership builds long-term brand recall. It’s a clever marketing play from both sides.
