At just 27 years old, he has a net worth of between US$1 million and US$5 million, and made it onto Hurun’s China’s Under 30s To Watch list in 2019. His GMV is predicted to reach 20 billion RMB by the end of the year.
Yesterday, over 170 million users watched Li Jiaqi’s pre-sales livestreaming for the Double 11 shopping festival on Taobao Live.
Li has close to 40 million followers on Douyin where he livestreams his beauty product recommendations. He broke records in 2018 when he sold 15,000 lipsticks in just five minutes on Taobao.
