Alipay announced that it will work with French sports retailer Decathlon to launch a mini-program on Alipay, covering over 100 offline stores.
Currently, consumers can buy Decathlon’s products on its Tmall official store and collect orders from 230 offline stores. To make things more convenient, they can also make a purchase on delivery platform Ele.me and drivers will deliver packages to consumers within 30 minutes.
Alipay and Decathlon announced further partnerships in digital marketing and ecommerce.
More and more brands work with Alipay to support their digital operations. There are over 20,000 digital hotels and 1,000 digital attractions on Alipay so far.
