Car and gaming videos favoured by 200 million male users of Douyin (TikTok)

According to the ‘2020 China Mobile Internet Spring Report’ released by QuestMobile in March, Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, has more than 200 million male users, representing 43% of its total users.

Automobile and gaming-related content are clearly favoured by male users, along with videos on anime and cosplay.

Famous car content creator ‘Huge shuoche’ 虎哥说车 has 26.22 million followers on Douyin, of which 92.03% are male.
