Mateusz Jankowski graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2020 with a degree in Chinese Studies and has a passion for foreign languages and Far Eastern cultures. With his additional interests in diplomacy and international trade, Mateusz joined the Sinological Research Circle. During his time at the institution, he joined the Warsaw-Beijing Forum, the largest student organisation focusing on China in Poland.
While exploring his interest in China’s luxury industry, Mateusz started producing podcasts for Polish Radio, where he looks at the cultural impacts of consumer behaviours on China’s luxury sector. To gain a better understanding of Chinese culture, Mateusz is now pursuing a master’s degree in Global Business Journalism at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
